Dr. Serena Sutka has known she wanted to be a veterinarian since she was ten years old. After high school she attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 2010. She then went on to graduate from Tufts University in 2014. She has a special interest in surgery, pain management, as well as feline friendly and fear free protocols. Dr. Suktka is the Medical Director at Merrimac Valley Animal Hospital.
While Dr. Sutka is a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady, in her spare time she loves to travel, paint, knit, sew, hike, run and do yoga. Bonus if it’s beach yoga!
