Lauren has been with MVAH since January 2022. After starting out in Vet Med as a Client Services Representative at a local emergency room back in 2018, she worked her way up from assisting doctors in appointments to leading Technician Exams and monitoring patients under anesthesia in surgeries and sedated procedures. Lauren is fear-free certified and extremely knowledgeable about pet insurance. She grew up appreciating all creatures, big and small, and has an affinity for large, grumpy dogs. She likes working with them and winning them over with patience, empathy, and lots of treats. When asked what she loves most about her job, Lauren will tell you that client education and patient advocacy are her passions. Lauren loves traveling, going to see her favorite band, Phish, and hanging at home with her husband and their two dog, Henry and Lemon.
